One scam in particular currently on Facebook you need to be aware of is a ‘phishing’ scam, which isn’t anything new.  Cyber criminals are always ‘phishing.’

It may show up in your news feed or in your messages on Facebook saying your account is going to be disabled due to a violation of their terms and agreements.  It will probably look similar to this:

Whatever you do, don’t click on the link.  Close this page, ignore it, or better yet, delete it without opening it.
