Where are you located?

We provide in-store service at our Portsmouth location at 369 Islington St., just outside of downtown Portsmouth.

How far do you pick up?

Our pickup and drop off service includes a 15-mile radius around Porstmouth, NH. We’ll come to you in Dover, Rye, Somersworth. Give us a call if you’re not sure, we’re flexible. 603-431-7700

What services are covered?

Our Premium and Family protection plans cover any and all in-store computer-related repair service time. Some examples: Virus removals, error fixes, email setups, or software installs. It also includes service time for installing windows or hardware.

What's not included?

Although our protection plans cover service, it does not include the cost of hardware itself. The good news is that hardware is available at a 25% discount. If you needed a new hard drive and a re-installation of Windows, well, you’re in luck! All you pay for is the discounted hard drive, we will install it into your computer, install and configure Windows and your drivers for no additional charge!

How does the covered service work?

When you bring a computer to us for service, we will first perform an evaluation to determine what is causing your problem. We will then perform the steps we determine are necessary to resolve the issue (and any other issues you might bring to our attention). We won’t do anything that goes beyond the scope of our coverage without first speaking with you to get your authorization.

Is there a minimum term?

You must agree to a full year at a time to join our protection plans. If you decide to cancel before the end of your term, additional fees may apply.

How do the cloud backups work?

Our price options above list the different backup limits and number of computers for each account. When you sign up, we’ll assist you in-store (or remotely) to set up your cloud backup on each computer that you want backed up – at no additional cost to you.
