Facebook helps us keep in touch with family, connect with new people, or reconnect with those that we lost touch with.  While Facebook has a lot going for it, there are a few things that can be annoying.

For example, when we decided to ‘follow’ people we didn’t realize that we would see every single thing that they liked and posted!  It can become overwhelming to see every post for everyone, whether you have ten friends or hundreds!  A quick way to stop seeing everything without ‘un-friending’ them is to stop following them.

As it turns out, this is pretty easy to do.  There is an upside down carrot on the right hand side of every post.  If you click on that, you will get the options listed below:

1:  Hide Post
2:  Unfollow “Jim”
3:  Hide all from “American Journal Review”
4:  Report Post
5:  Save Link
6:  Turn on notifications for this post.

You just need to click on the option you want and that’s that.
